I am a Chief Operations Officer and CMO passionate about merging data, creativity, and content into forward-thinking strategies that reposition organizations for growth and compel audiences to participate. 

As a consumer, fan, and advocate, I believe brands must be relatable, create positive reactions, and responsibly serve their communities while adopting new platforms and channels to remain relevant.

What you won't see on paper is my enthusiasm and tenacity for working towards positive solutions that motivate and influence teams. From setting the vision to being a resource or rolling up my sleeves to get the job done, I believe collaborative partnership is the linchpin to advancing priorities and enabling organizations, clients, and brands to succeed. As a second generation Latina, I am also committed to elevating diversity and inclusion in leadership and on boards.

 

Outside of work, I'm a wife, a mom of two boys, and a baking enthusiast who is thankful to be supported by a close-knit family and lifelong friends.
